Charlotte Foluso Babasola (CFB) is the MD/CEO and Lead Consultant of Charlotte XpertSolutions Limited. She has over 20 years of diverse experience across Marketing, Nutrition & Health Management, Public Relations, and Nursing. Before establishing Charlotte XpertSolutions, she held a Senior Leadership role as Country Nutrition & Health Manager with oversight for West Africa, Brand Manager, and Assistant Brand Manager at a multinational company. She also served as Corporate Relations Manager and Matron at a leading fertility clinic and hospital. A committed lifelong learner, CFB is an alumna of the African Nutrition Leadership Programme (ANLP), South Africa; Wageningen University & Research, Netherlands; and the University of Lagos. She is a Registered Nurse and Midwife with professional recognition as a Fellow of the Nutrition Society of Nigeria (FNSN), where she has served in leadership capacities including National Treasurer, Ex-Officio Council Member, and Chairman of the Linkages, Fundraising & Endorsement Committee. She continues as a member of the NSN Endorsement Committee. Additionally, she is a Member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), a Volunteer with the Nigerian Heart Foundation (NHF), and actively engages in public health initiatives as part of the Lagos State Maternal, Newborn & Child Health (MNCH) Week monitoring team and the Lagos State Resource Mobilisation Committee. CFB's unique blend of expertise in Health, Nutrition, Marketing, and Leadership underscores her commitment to driving impactful solutions and advancing Public Health both locally and globally.

With over two decades of experience, she has advised leaders, teams, and organizations on strengthening interpersonal dynamics, fostering inclusive cultures, and driving performance through effective relationship management. As Executive Director of the Life Skills Empowerment Initiative, she has led transformative programs addressing workplace relationships, mental health, and leadership development across diverse sectors.
